How refunds are handled.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products reported within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched.
Method and timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5–7 working days after approval.
